Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at Diana Garden Resort was largely positive, thanks to the affordable price and clean, comfortable accommodations. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the buffet breakfast was a great value. However, some facilities, like the pool area, had issues with overcrowding and the dining prices were on the high side, pushing some guests to explore nearby options. Overall, it's a solid choice for those looking for good value in a quieter location away from the main tourist spots.
I’ve been staying at this hotel for a few months over the past few years and have enjoyed it, but this time I noticed some changes that left me a bit disappointed. The complimentary shuttle to the city has reduced its frequency, which has caused overcrowding during peak times. The refurbished swimming pool is nice, but the wet floor can be very slippery, and I wish there were more sunbeds available. On the upside, the staff is fantastic, and the rooms remain clean and well-kept, making it good value for money overall.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and offers a good range of amenities, plus the staff really made an effort to be helpful. However, some policies felt focused on profits, and I was disappointed with the removal of certain in-room conveniences that used to be included. Overall, good value for the price, but I wish the management emphasized customer satisfaction more.
I was pleasantly surprised by the Diana Garden Resort, where I stayed for two months. The pool was fantastic, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, housekeeping could have been improved, and the gym facilities didn't match the photos shown. Overall, it felt like great value for money, but an upgrade in some areas would truly elevate the experience.
We had a varied experience at this hotel. While the facilities, especially the pool, were enjoyable, the cleanliness and service left much to be desired. We appreciated the spacious balcony and complimentary water, but the staff's attitude and overall value for money were lacking. It was a bit disappointing given the price we paid.
